It is a plant from the family of wheat, which is 50-120 cm tall and rises vertically for one year and forms a cluster by forking from the root. Its leaves are in the form of strips and pointed. Rice consists of 2-5 spike bunches on a long stalk after the last leaf. There is a flower in each spike. Grain (rice) occurs here.

BREEDING PLACES: There are rice varieties grown in swamps in wet places, as well as in mountains.

Known Composition: It contains plenty of starch and vitamins in its composition. Natural “Phytine” is obtained from rice husk.

The flour obtained by pounding rice cures boils and heals purulent wounds.

It cuts diarrhea when it is boiled with sumac and eaten.
